Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out mixture onto the tray, shaping into uniform balls or discs. Freeze for 10 to 20 minutes to firm up.
  3. Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess chocolate drip off.
