- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine rolled oats, baking powder, almond milk, egg, banana, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high until smooth.
- Prepare the Ramekin: Grease an 8-ounce ramekin with cooking spray and pour half of the blended batter into it.
- Create the Jam Mixture: Mix your chosen jam with fresh berries and heat in the microwave until slightly melted.
- Layer the Batter: Add half of the jam mixture and peanut butter into the ramekin. Stir gently to combine.
- Finish the Layering: Pour remaining batter into the ramekin, followed by rest of the jam and peanut butter. Swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Bake to Perfection: Preheat air fryer to 300°F or oven to 350°F. Bake for 12-15 minutes in air fryer or 25-30 minutes in oven.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from heat, cool slightly, and drizzle additional jam and peanut butter over the top before serving.
