Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Gather your blending ingredients and equipment.
  2. In your blender, add the quick oats, cottage cheese, egg, milk, baking powder, and baking soda. Blend on high until smooth for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepped baking dish using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  5. Switch to broiler setting and broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to achieve a golden top.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
