  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken or rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cloves fresh minced garlic or garlic powder as substitute
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) for creamy filling
For the Tortillas
  • 4 large soft tortillas gluten-free options available
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or any preferred cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. If using raw chicken, cook it in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or sauté diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until cooked.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and mix in your choice of cheese.
  4. Take a tortilla and spoon the chicken mixture into the center, fold and roll tightly.
  5. In the skillet, melt butter and cook the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Remove wraps from the skillet, let them rest for 1-2 minutes, then garnish and serve.
