Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and cookware.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast sweet potatoes for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.
  5. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, heat olive oil in a skillet and cook onions until soft.
  6. Push onions to the side, add chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes each side.
  7. Pour honey garlic sauce over chicken and onions, gently stir.
  8. Add roasted sweet potatoes to the skillet, mix, and bake for another 12-15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve garnished with parsley.
