  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce Optional.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Optional, adjust to taste.

  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Add the flank steak, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add red bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add bok choy stems and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Return beef to skillet, mix in bok choy leaves, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water. Stir for 1-2 minutes until flavors meld.
  6. Mix cornstarch with water to create slurry, pour into skillet, stir for 1 minute to thicken sauce.
  7. Add sriracha to taste, blend well, and serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
