  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For grilling; avocado oil can be used.
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup Yogurt Greek yogurt is recommended.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Can substitute with lime juice.
  • 1 pinch Salt Keep it minimal.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, onion, garlic, and parsley. Add cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined and set aside.
  2. With wet hands, take portions of the mixture and shape into elongated oval kofta.
  3. Preheat your grill over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes and brush with olive oil.
  4. Place shaped kofta on the grill, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Plate the cooked kofta, drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce, and garnish with parsley.
