  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, garlic, and lemon juice.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, pepper, and egg.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the meatballs lightly with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Assemble the bowls with a base of quinoa or rice, followed by the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and meatballs.
  7. Finish with tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, and serve with lemon wedges.
