  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C), about 10 minutes before grilling.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the leftover marinade, and grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
