- Add the ground beef, breaking it up. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

- Pour in soy sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare rice according to package instructions if not pre-cooked.
- Assemble bowls adding ground beef mixture over rice. Add optional vegetables.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and optionally sesame seeds or fried egg.
