  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

  1. Chop the raw shrimp into small pieces and mix with other filling ingredients.
  2. Combine wheat starch and tapioca starch in a bowl; pour boiling water over and stir.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 24 pieces, roll each piece into discs about 8 cm wide.
  5. Place shrimp filling in the center of each disc, fold, pinch edges to seal.
  6. Steam dumplings in a parchment-lined steamer for 7–8 minutes.
