Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and if using a skillet, add a tablespoon of oil.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha in a medium bowl. Add warm water if needed for consistency.
  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading peanut sauce on the bottom of each bun or lettuce wrap, placing a patty on top, and adding additional sauce and toppings.
  7. Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
