Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water, cook lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Place one noodle flat, scoop about 1/4 cup filling on it, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish. Repeat with all noodles.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over all roll-ups, sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
