For the Sauce and Topping
  • 15 ounces Alfredo Sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Mix with gouda for added richness.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be substituted.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Can omit if fresh herbs are unavailable.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Place 1/4 cup of filling at one end of a noodle and roll it tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
