Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased baking dish. Place 1/4 cup of filling at one end of a noodle and roll it tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
