  • ½ cup Hot Sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
For the Creamy Component
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing or blue cheese dressing
For the Wrap
  • 2 pieces Tortillas flour, whole wheat, or spinach
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Celery sliced
  • ½ cup Carrots shredded or sliced
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Poach chicken breasts in a large pot of salted water for about 12 minutes until cooked.
  2. Melt butter, mix in hot sauce and garlic powder, then fold in shredded chicken.
  3. Prepare vegetables: chop lettuce, slice celery and carrots.
  4. Warm tortillas in microwave for about 10 seconds or on skillet for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken mixture, and top with veggies and cheese.
  6. Wrap tortillas tightly and toast in a skillet if desired. Serve hot.
