Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and melted butter. Add confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
  5. Once the cake is done, sprinkle diced strawberries and white chocolate chips on top.
  6. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the cake, allowing it to sink slightly.
  7. Return the cake to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until the topping is set.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for 30 minutes before serving. Optionally, garnish with additional strawberries.
