  • 2 tablespoons Butter can be replaced with vegan alternative
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For Seasoning and Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Honey adjust according to preference
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper use freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken with salt and pepper until golden, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add honey and black pepper to the skillet, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then toss chicken in the glaze.
  5. In a saucepan, simmer heavy cream, then stir in cheddar and mozzarella until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce, stirring until well-coated.
  7. Fold in the honey pepper chicken and combine for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Serve with a garnish of parsley and enjoy your delicious creation.
