  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with a milder cheese.
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix Homemade mix can also work.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Add to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Fresh ground is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onion can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Or use oregano.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over low heat and add bacon. Cook gently until crisp, about 10–15 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Increase heat and add chicken to skillet with drippings. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. Using the skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Whisk in flour to form a roux, then gradually whisk in half and half. Stir until thickened, about 2–3 minutes. Mix in ranch seasoning and cheddar until melted.
  5. Add drained pasta, cooked chicken, and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Toss together in the creamy sauce for about 2-3 minutes over low heat. Serve warm.
