  • 2 whole limes Freshly juiced and zested
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt Adjust to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare all ingredients by mincing garlic, dicing peaches, halving cherries, chopping cilantro, dicing jalapeño and red onion, and juicing limes.
  2. Combine diced peaches and halved cherries in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add minced garlic, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeño, and red onion to the mixture and stir gently.
  4. Pour lime juice over the salsa, add lime zest, and sprinkle sea salt to taste; mix gently.
  5. Fold the mixture carefully, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
